Edmonton Bouncy Castle runs our operations 24/7, 365 days a year. You can order all our services online using our booking system or phone (780-686-3554), e-mail: info@edmontonbouncycastle.ca and via live chat that can be found in the bottom right-hand corner.

If you’re an event planner or looking to book a large event, we recommend speaking to one of our staff members via phone or by e-mail so we can better assist you.

Our goal is to make cancellations easy as possible. We understand, having families ourselves, children often get sick and bad weather happens. For this reason, we offer free cancellations for all our inflatables. All we ask is to please let us know before the equipment is delivered. Any inflatable orders paid for will be refunded 100%

All our equipment is designed and engineered for children’s use only. Each inflatable has its own rules and manufacturers guidelines to follow.

All inflatables come with air pumps, extension cords, and equipment to secure the castle to the surface. Please let our team know on the order form or when speaking to our staff members if you plan to use the inflatable on a hard surface. If there is no power at your location (in a public park), you will be required to rent a generator for a power source. Edmonton Bouncy castle rents them as a convenience to our clients. If you require safety matting for hard floor surfaces, please let our team know.


All our equipment is available to hire or for a weekend. All our prices can be found with each of our products. Inflatables must be clean before we return to collect the equipment the next morning. Please turn inflatables on as soon as you wake up to ensure they are dry before we arrive.

Deposits are only required when hiring staff services such as balloon artists and face painters.

Edmonton Bouncy Castle accepts credit cards, cheques, cash and e-mail transfers. If paying by cheque please make the cheque payable to Edmonton Bouncy Castle.

Most of our castles take 30 minutes to setup. Some of our larger inflatables, such as obstacle courses will require more time. The time required for setup and removal is not included in rental time.

You can book anytime but in the summer months we get very busy and our popular inflatables often get booked up weeks in advance. We welcome last minute bookings.


Please make sure that any hallways, side passage or any other access to your garden or venue are clear of obstacles etc. Ensure the area where the castle will be setup is free of sharp objects and make sure there is no animal mess – we do not setup on or near animal mess.

Yes, there are everyday risks when using our equipment, just like there is a risk when carrying out every activity you do every day.
Please ensure that you understand the risks of hiring equipment from us and take out your own insurance if you are planning a fun day/corporate event. Please contact us if you require assistance with this.

For grass surfaces, we use 18-inch ground stakes. For public events, with permission, we use 24-inch stakes. On hard surfaces, we use weighted sandbags to secure equipment.
